Return Request Form

All sales are final, unless return authorization (RA) is received. Call 719.599.7141 to obtain an RA number. Orders may be returned within 30-days of initial delivery, with an RA number, and only if in re-sellable condition. A restocking fee of 30 percent of the sale price will be charged. Shipping on returns must be prepaid. No refunds are granted on out-bound shipping.

Return Policy
  • Return merchandise must be received back within 30 days of your delivery.
  • Only merchandise returned in condition for resale will be acceptable.
  • Return shipping must be pre-paid.
  • If product condition is unsatisfactory for sale, customers will be notified. No credit will be given. Merchandise will be held for pickup or re-shipping at customer's expense and with confirmation for 30 days, then disposed.

  • Sales price will be credited to your account or refunds issued, minus a 30% restocking fee. Outbound shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded or credited.
